In 2022, Visua designed and integrated all aspects of technology in the new Luxe Golf Bays location in Franklin, WI. Luxe is part of the larger ROC Venture facility which includes, a minor league baseball stadium, a little league complex, a ski hill, and multiple restaurants. This project prioritized providing a seamless customer experience that incorporated full audio, video, and radar technology. That, combined with the amenities of Luxe Golf Bays, creates an unforgettable experience for visitors.

THE CHALLENGE

Luxe Golf Bays offers the unique challenge of blending an outdoor sport with technology that can preform in any condition while working within a budget. For this project, Visua took the lead in designing and implementing all aspects of audio and digital signage. Adapting and overcoming obstacles caused by working with multiple agencies on a complete new build project was something that Visua was excited to have the opportunity to do.

THE SOLUTION

Visua took a unique approach in designing this indoor/outdoor facility. Over 150 televisions were installed and 100 speakers to make this facility completely state of the art. Visua designed and installed all technical aspects of the scope creating a streamlined operational workflow. Visua worked with Premier Mounts to custom design and engineer a mounting system that allows each monitor to have a LEXAN cover. This mount/cover allows indoor televisions to be used in outdoor locations. The of an outdoor digital monitor is typically three-times the price of indoor monitor. This allowed Luxe to stary within the budget while still providing a high end customer experience.

THE RESULTS

Luxe Golf Bays trusted Visua to oversee all technical design and integration aspects of the project and were able to see positive results as Visua was able to save money while eliminating issues associated with dealing with multiple contractors. Each golf bay has 2 monitors that use SAVI technology in order to provide the most comprehensive viewing experience. Visitors are able to view their personal golf screen while also viewing in house channels as well as DirectTV and Roku channels. The ball dispensers, range radars, tablets, and monitors are all integrated to provide a seamless experience for each golfer.
